Terrible experience at the Venetian.. the lines were insane at 8pm to checkin and only a few people working. I booked a Strip view double bed room and didnt get that at all. Instead I was facing another tower. Terrible, won’t be booking here again.

The recently opened hotel is a stunning property with a great diversity of restaurants and lounges. The newness of the hotel is evident in the pristine condition of the rooms, which are spotless and well-appointed. Guests can enjoy the excitement of a large casino or relax by the expansive outdoor swimming pool area. The hotel's spa is another highlight, featuring separate areas for men and women, as well as a common area with a large jacuzzi and an array of saunas and steam rooms. However, it’s worth noting that access to the spa facilities requires either a booked treatment or the purchase of an entry ticket. Despite these exceptional amenities, the hotel’s reception service significantly detracts from its otherwise high standards. During our stay, we encountered an issue with loud music from the pool area, which continued past the 6 PM cutoff time stated in the hotel policy. Our attempts to resolve this through the reception were met with frustration. Over the course of several hours, we spoke to 4 different staff members, each providing a different & unhelpful response, ranging from needing more time to turn off the music to an ongoing private party excuse and even the DJ having left with no one knowing how to stop the music.The most disappointing aspect was the response when we requested to be moved to another room. Rather than offering assistance, the receptionist instructed us to pack our luggage & come down to receive new room key, which is unacceptable for 5* hotel.

Top to bottom. Top: Slot Attendant Karen was amazing. We were fumbling around by the Rewards desk before it opened and she helped up become rewards members. She went above and beyond our customer service expectations. Also near the top: food options were amazing! Pool also amazing! Bottom: there is an elevator for the higher Conrad floors and when it opens at ground level it isn't flush with floor. My daughter tripped, hurt herself and it destroyed her sandal. We saw multiple guests stumble getting out of this elevator. Please get this fixed soon.
