No tv remote in the room. The sink in the bathroom was blocked. On checking in was asked why we had a quad triple room as there was only 2 of us and they had to be shown there was only 2 of us not 4. The entrance is beautiful. The rooms lack attention.

Well equipped and affordable hotel but...
The hotel is well located and very affordable but the receptionist is the worse receptionist I have ever seen in my life. Slow and unprofessional. Many clients are standing or asked to wait for 30/45 minutes until he found the reservation. Despite confirmation from Expedia showed by many of them...he is not not busy but he asked customers to be patient for 45 minutes...other hotels in Sousse provide an email address and ask customers to forward confirmation received by emails to the email address... elsewhere in Sousse, the check In is fast. He gives a bad image of an hotel despite working for an hotel which is well located, very affordable and well equipped...customer service is the only star making an hotel shining!

Everything great except customer service level
The hotel is very well located, very affordable, offering all amenities you would think of...the only issue is with the very very poor customer service level, from the parking to the receptionist via employees working in the restaurant...such a waste as the hotel is very well equipped and very affordable

Overall a really nice stay, the strip and shopping area is walkable distance. Sadly my room was dirty and full of sand when i arrived, and when the cleaners would clean the room they would only replace the towels and make the bed and not sweep/ mop the floor

Hôtel à fuir
Très très déçu de mon expérience dans l’hôtel Riadh palms. L’état de l’hôtel est très dégradé, les chambre sont sales et pas fonctionnels (la douche était cassé, l’eau ne s’écoulait pas) La climatisation ne fonctionnait que à certains endroits de l’hôtel Et l’hôtel était surchargé, nous devions faire la queue pour tout (repas, boissons, snacks …) Nous avions réservé cet hôtel que pour deux nuit, et s’était déjà trop, nous voulions partir avant même la fin de notre séjour. Nous ne recommandons pas du tout cet hôtel, meilleur temps de mettre un peu plus d’argent et d’avoir un hôtel convenable et profiter de la beauté de Sousse

Parking is terrible , if you don’t tip them they tell you there is no spots available! Every time you leave and come back no parking ! Pool is under construction, garden area is a disaster , under beds 1/2 inch of dust and filth , you have to pay 10 dt deposit to get a tv remote control that you never get back when you checkout because the receptionist will take it for him self , there is never any money available if you want to change some currency , not even $100 ! Breakfast has the worst coffe , cheap fruits and cheap pastries. Peoples smoking everywhere and the hotel staff didn’t seem to care ! Smells like cigarettes everywhere, air conditioning is off ! Bar closes at 11.45 !

Check in took 20 minutes Tried to have me pay again Carpets severely stained Elevators sometimes work sometimes not Lights in hallways some work some don’t Booked double bed room ended up with room with 4 beds stuffed into it No remote for TV No towels or toiletries, I had to ask for them three times No towels for swimming pool either Safe batteries dead Beds not made Just two plugs in the room far away from the beds Bathroom floods Shower broken Curtain in disrepair and falls Towel hanger barely hanging on Pool is extreme unhygienic, got sick a couple hours after Day beds look like they were through a hurricane and scattered everywhere Staff extremely rude and unprofessional They will say things are included with your package and then try to extort money for it after. Be specially careful when asking for water. Meat is undercooked, other food is cold You couldn’t pay me enough money to come back here. If this was anywhere else this hotel would be shut down. I truly feel sorry for the families coming here for vacation. Luckily we only had to spend one night in this hell hole.

Nice stay
We had a nice stay at the hotel. The hotel has a great sea view and a private beach. The pool is very nice and well maintained. The decorations in the room was old and a bit dirty and the shower stand was broken. We enjoyed the buffet dinner (lots of vegetarian options) but we had to pay for water which was pretty annoying.

Hotel near the beach
The hotel is located near a beach. The food is horrible and repeated and you get tired having the same thing breakfast lunch and dinner . The staff is really nice. But the room are not comfortable at all.
