This is an amazing hotel, beautiful! It is FANCY! With that, we definitely felt underdressed with our road tripping kiddos upon entering. The parking garage elevator was broken, but valet service is available.

Everything about our stay was top notch. Until our last morning at the coffee shop. Terrible service from a man dressed in a suit behind the counter (dressed as a manager?) that was to busy staring at his phone to acknowledge my wife asking questions about the specials. Not until we said something did he acknowledge our order, all the while continuing to stare at his phone. Couldn’t believe it.

I appreciate the indoor pool and the diverse selection of restaurants available. However, the inability to adjust the room temperature is a drawback. The room often becomes uncomfortably hot, which can make the stay less enjoyable.

Our room had air conditioning issues , and we weren’t offered to move to another room. They did comp some things but it still made our stay not as comfortable with the stuffiness in the room..

My wife had an unfortunate accident down the street from the hotel and ended up in the emergency room - we had planned on going to Europe that afternoon but she ended up in the ER - the entire hotel staff could not of been more helpful in arranging another night in the same room / arranging morning transportation to the airport - and they even had a get well card & a wheelchair waiting for use when we got back from the ER - could not say enough about their kindness

Probably the cleanest hotel room I’ve stayed in a long time and I am a germaphobe. The hospitality is excellent, I have only praises to sing. We come to Seattle a few times a year, this was our first visit to the Fairmont and have decided to stay here exclusively when in town. A good hotel room can make or break a trip, be it for business or pleasure, we’re so glad we found the Fairmont!

A bit disappointed especially with the food. I had higher expectations considering how pricey it is. Room service was awful, I’ve had better food at Denny’s. What is listed on the menu does not match what is presented. It’s too bad because the hotel is beautiful but I think we will stay elsewhere next time.

I always try to stay at the fairmont and I was disappointed this time. 1. They have not brought back their house car ( fairmont complimentary transportation) since Covid. 2. They promote BMW bikes that could be rented and after we filled out the forms to ride them they were broken 3. The rooms were very noisy and the AC didn’t work 4. When we expressed our concern to management, the manager asked our room number, told us he would send something to our room as a thank you for our feedback….. and then never followed through. Completely forgot about us.
