Free awesome breakfast with so many choices!! Staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Only thing was that there was no shampoo or soap in the shower. I travel alot and other hotels supply this.

Stayed here to go to a Mariners game, great place, and it was close to the ballpark and the train station to take me back to the hotel. Very clean room. Staff was very friendly and gave me great tips getting around. Recommend staying, will stay again

The entrance past our front door and the bathroom floors were sticky. Our room keys did not work the first time in the parking garage, forcing us to pay for the ticket to get out of the garage.

Quick check-in given great information at the front desk breakfast was exceptional hot coffee great for kids pool open till 11 PM. Uber easy pick up parking on property, but you have to pay.

We were able to park on the street and saved a ton in parking so that was nice. The lobby is nice, staff is polite, and the free happy hour is cool. Our room was terrible. We got a larger room to accommodate my husband, myself, and our 3 teenagers. The bathroom had barn doors and was in the middle of everything. No one wanted to use the bathroom or shower. The beds were uncomfortable, but clean. The carpet was installed in probably 1975. It smelled odd in the room. The pool area is cool. It’s very hot in the pool room but you can step out to the deck with a view when you need some air. The pool was okay until a group of teenagers came in and quite literally took it over. The location is fantastic. The staff is very nice. They won’t accommodate if you ask for late check out, but will be polite about it. I feel like for a $400 one night stay, I was pretty disappointed.

The room I paid for was huge. I was thoroughly pleased with how close it was to the Amtrak station. Very close to most of the attractions I wanted to see.

Everything was great about the hotel! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of parking. It's expensive to park each day. It would be nice to have the cost ($50 a day) in half for customers.

We stayed to see a show at WAMU theater. Was told it was not safe to walk after dark. We did anyway as there were a lot of people walking back. The room had a large "wet spot" on the carpet that never dried and we had to put towels over it. Parking is very tight so bring the smallest vehicle. There was a hair in my food that staff cooked for breakfast. Great location and not worth the price.

The suite in this hotel is great and functioned well for our family. The breakfast and happy hour are also really well done. Things that were not as easy: although there is a small convenience store nearby, there is no grocery store close. When we arrived, an event was happening at the stadium behind the hotel which closed the street down for over 2 hours after it let out, which meant that after a very long day of travel we couldn't park our car or check in and had to drive around for hours until the parking garage road was reopened. Also, if you are going to the space needle area, it is not close by-and is a $15-20 taxi away from the hotel. Lastly, if you want your room cleaned, you need to give 24 hours notice, which is inconvenient because in our case we didn't realize until dinnertime, which meant we had to be gone the following day at that time so the room could be cleaned. But overall, a nice hotel in terms of amenities, the pool, and walkable to the stadium or pike place market

I didn’t like that the bathroom door has no locks, my kids keep coming to the bathroom when I use it because there’s no lock it is very bad and uncomfortable. Otherwise the hotel is good and break fast is awesome.

Really nice. Wifi works fine around the hotel - SUCKS in the rooms. And parking in the hotel is extra and it's taken out of incidentals, which is kind of an extra drag that that's not included. Oh well.
