"The staff were wonderful in helping us navigate the city and finding out where to purchase various things. Very friendly and accommodating. Only drawback is the area surrounding is a bit on the rough side. They do have security at night and was pleased that the parking lot my son had to use was also checked on an hourly basis. "

"Beautiful hotel in a great location. Check-in was quick and easy. We arrived early, but the friendly staff allowed us to check-in and we were in our room in less than 10 minutes. The room was quiet and clean. We traveled with our teenage son, so the suite we were in had a door to separate our bedroom from the living room which was much appreciated. The pull-out couch bed could stand to be replaced. The mattress was tilted and lumpy. The air conditioner in the living room also rattled when on. Other than those two small issues, we loved this hotel and will definitely be back. "

"The property is old but has been renovated and is clean and spacious. It was quiet and safe to walk around at night. Central location which is close to many restaurants and bars, easily walkable to the piers and Pike Place."
