The staff were very accommodating, however we had no shower curtain and soap. The staff did bring these to the room when we mentionedthe missing items. The staff were great.

The smell of the room was of old cigarettes which was unpleasant. But beyond that, great experience !

Property is very old and run down compared to previous stay a year ago. Restaurant and lounge while advertised when booking as open was closed by new owners, so had to find alternate place to eat. Downtown area not pleasant to walk around with drug use and homeless people. Found limited restaurant option by hotel.

We are sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us. The restaurant was closed Feb 17 as the owner decided to retire. The new owners are looking for someone to take over. Did you ask the front desk for recommendations for other restaurants? The Mill is a wonderful place to eat, as well as Montana's or the Casino. We hope you will give us another chance to redeem ourselves.

Property close to shopping mall and river front. Good public transport access. Clean, tidy and maintained rooms with plenty of amenities. Only lost one rating on variety of breakfast inclusion.

The only reason I booked at the quality inn was the awesome restaurant, but it has closed down. There is no restaurant on site any longer. Sad but will have to look for another hotel to stay at when in the Sault.

Yes the restaurant closed as the owner has retired. We do know that there is some interest in the restaurant and hopefully it will be operating again soon.

GFL Memorial Garden hockey arena extremely close as well as the Station Mall. That was great because that is mostly what we were there for. Saying that, while down time in the hotel room, the t.v. reception was like watching a snow storm. Not even sure it was cable t.v. , minimal channel selection. Hopefully that can be addressed very soon.

Good things first: the staff were WONDERFUL. They were friendly and helpful. However, the rooms themselves were... not so good. Our first night we stayed in a room where the toilet (? I think) was making a horrible noise randomly through the night. We switched to a different room the second night (again, no fault with the staff) and the noise, while less sleep-destroying, was still kind of bad. It was however very clean and I felt safe (although we emptied the car entirely at night as we've heard the downtown are is quite bad: I never felt unsafe).

Good breakfast, service provided by two nice ladies who stayed on top of things running out and keeping the area clean. Room was nice, recently updated. Like most hotels these days could use brighter lighting in the room.
