Pool was filthy with bugs. Pool area chairs were soiled and stained. Material was warn and holes in fabric. This was the main reason that we stayed there. Hotel room was nice. Lobby was great. But disappointed with the pool area for sure.

Loved the free drink coupons at check in! Beautiful property. Rooftop pool was great! Very attentive staff! Everyone is very friendly. Didn’t done at the onsite restaurant but looked incredible! Woood stay here again!

The manager was absolutely amazing every step of our stay. Staff was very nice and attentive. By far the most beautiful property I’ve stayed in. The room was so clean and everything smelled amazing.

First, the main door at street level is supposed to be fob only to get in. In fact, the door is always open-anyone can just walk into the LL and take the elevator to any floor. Second, our sink was clogged and it took three times to clear it-once they were in the room trying to repair it at 10pm. On the final complaint, we were offered to switch rooms but at that point it was not even worth it. Customer service was average and housekeeping took forever to bring towels.

Great area to be in, near the water. The staff was very friendly and really helpful when we had questions. The property inside and outside was very clean. I'd stay here again for sure. Only thing that wasn't great is it's valet only (again staff is great) since it's $45/day. That could be standard for this area though, not sure.

I will not book thru third party.. the balcony view was on the 4th floor in the front of hotel.. we heard cars.. conversations.. the bell from front door all day and evening.. the balcony was dirty .. from the birds.. Check was great .. staff was great.. but fir price.. was not pleased with room at all.. most Marriott i am but sadly 😥 not this one

Very nice property. Except valet parking is $44/night and it’s crazy busy. Small parking area for incoming and outgoing traffic a bit chaos.

First of all the 45 dollar a day mandatory valet charge was bad. The food cost was outrageous. 2 eggs bacon and a drink 20 dollars. I order room service. Hot water cup was 4 dollars. I scoop of melted icecream 8 dollars one 12 ounce can of pepsi 5 dollars. Hotel was a 3 star at best. Many more options in hotel stays. Check the others out first.

I especially like the restaurant Evoc for breakfast, food and staff were excellent. I didn’t like the fact that I couldn’t park and retrieve my own car from parking garage, although it was done in a timely manner by young staff.

- Super low water pressure, like showering under a sink faucet. Told the front desk and after 2 engineers coming to look at it, said they fixed it, but it wasn’t - Also room was freezing, we put it on 78 to try and couldn’t get it any warmer, but staying at 62 degrees. “Engineers are working on it”. They did, then when I came back to my room, it was 80. Jesh! And then there was a clicking noise, which I again had to call the engineer for again. Then after they left, it went back down to 62 degrees. - Hotel restaurant – EVOQ, was not good. Service was very slow, and the crab mac’n’cheese was not good, and the fresh seafood seemed off as well as the coconut rice. - The roof top pool is great, and the service at that restaurant is great. The mahi mahi tacos were super yummy. The only downside of the pool is you are surrounded by other cement buildings, very little greenery. You could be anywhere, not specific to Saratoga. - The bedding was awesome, the duvets were super soft, and there were four pillows because everyone needs four pillows. - The front desk was very friendly and accommodating and did give us a credit on our portfolio.

The service was great! The location was also great w easy shuttle access to St. Armand’s Circle and the beach. The bars esp the rooftop bar and restaurant were excellent. Also the pool. Breakfast was great too. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed.
