Ruby World Cup experience
Space is what this property has in abundance. We could have had two families share this unit. It was great, loved having a washing machine and detergent available. The instructions to find the apartment were great. An easy trip by subway 2-3 stops into Odori Park and Sapporo central. The only draw backs were that the beds are quite firm and we picked up a musky smell in the unit, but this seemed to reduce after a couple of days.

เป็นระบบ self check in ซึ่งสะดวกดีมาก แต่ต้องอย่าลืมติดต่อกับเจ้าของห้องก่อนเข้าพักเพื่อรับรหัสผ่าน เจ้าของห้องติดต่อได้รวดเร็ว ไม่มีปัญหาอะไร ตัวห้องดีใช้ได้ ไม่มีที่จอดรถฟรี แต่มีที่จอดรถเสียเงินไม่ไกลมากจากที่พัก และต้องเดินประมาณหนึ่งกว่าจะถึงสถานีรถไฟ ซึ่งคิดว่าจุดนี้ไม่ค่อยโอเท่าไหร่ แต่นั่งแท๊กซี่มาจากแถวๆ Sapporo station ก็800-900¥ ก็โอเคถ้านั่ง 4 คน โดยรวมก็ดี แต่เทียบกับ location ก็คิดว่าราคาแพงไปหน่อย

The property location is quite convenient and quiet. The amenities in the apartment are complete and clean. Overall, highly recommended!

It was very good, but I didn’t know that I have to fill information before arriving and the form didn’t allow me to fill all the information. I have to do it 3 times. I didn’t know if I was going to be able to get in.

I'm sorry that the system didn't work well when you tried filling in the registration form. It is required by Japanese regulation so I need to ask all my guests to do that. But I will report that to support team and work on some improvement.

チェックイン手続き、入室ともスムーズにできました。小中学生を連れて家族4人で泊まりましたが、お部屋には必要なものが揃っていて、不便な点はなかったです。お風呂のカビが少し気になりました。

일본에서 볼수 없는 넓은숙소 큰 사이즈의 침대 4개 공간 분리로 방은 없으나 방이 있는 형식 변기와 씻는곳의 분리로 인원이 많아도 혼잡하지않음 다만, 카운터에 사람이 없어서 소통은 어려움

まるで自宅にいるような居心地の良さです。様々な気配りが施されていて、非常に安心して使わせていただきました。室内はとても清潔感があり、清掃も行き届いていました。(エレベーター内の砂、エントランス内外のクモの巣や窓ガラスの汚れなどが無ければ、オール５を付けました。) 周辺の店の数の少なさは、静かな環境を好む人にとっては不便は無いですし、管理の方とのコミュニケーションも必要最小限で、煩わしさがなく有り難かったです。 毎回の常宿にしたいと思います。

室内は清潔で広く、ソファベッドも寝やすいです。トイレが2つあるのが助かりました。が、１つ匂いが気になりました。駐車場が無いのは知ってましたがまたまた、空きがあり良かったです。駐車場予約必要でしたね。応対も丁寧でした。満足しました。

2家族程度の大人数でも全然OK
場所はホテル街ですが、カーテン閉めれば何にも問題ありません。室内は非常に快適で、家族連れでも大人数でも楽しめるはずです。ただ、お風呂だけは改装が間に合っていない感がありましたので銭湯へ行くことをおススメします。あとチェックイン方法の確認は怠らない方が良いです。　全体としては大満足です。

5階の部屋でした。とても広くて清潔で家具もおしゃれな感じで良かったです。ただ子供がいたので目の前がラブホなのはちょっと、、。それ以外はコンビニ（セイコーマート）も近いし中島公園も近いので遊べました。
