"I booked a hotel seeing the pictures it looked lovely i went and checked in I was told i was not allowed to go in because the keycard was not working so they moved us to a very bad room without notice. Only one negative when we got to the room we found that our aircon had a leak and build up of mould. But as soon as we notified reception stuff they send someone out to sort it out.
