The AC wasnt working, the frigde, there was no ice machine nor ice in the ice bucket, the balcony wasn't accesable. Costumer service was awsome!

This was a great place to stay for the night in order to explore Old San Juan. The city bus picked up every 20 minutes or so right outside the hotel- bus #9- and it was a quick 10 minute ride to Old San Juan. Driving & parking can be difficult in that area, so the bus was a great option and was free while we were there. The hotel had everything we needed to get a good night’s rest and the staff was fabulous, helpful and friendly. AC was very efficient. Parking was on site too and not on the street for our rental car which was great. We would stay again. Good value!

Spacious rooms in a convenient location. Close to restaurants, cruise pier, and not too far from Old San Juan and beaches. Only annoyance was the type of sinks where you only get water while pressing down on the faucet thing. Staff were very accommodating.

I cannot express in sufficiently angry terms how disappointed I was with the management of this hotel. They were surly, inflexible and unpleasant. I left before even staying overnight. Please do not stay here. You will regret it.

The sheets on our bed were dirty - hairs and stains. ( they changed the sheets when we complained). The taps in the bathroom were old - water only runs when you hold the tops down. The desk staff were nice but the hotel needs a lot of work to get to modernize.

This is not a leisure hotel. It is great place for a overnight or two. Parking is too small and limited (Cons). But is very clean and front desk very hospitality.

Hi Norm:Thanks for your stay. Sorry about the hot water, At check in we provide a paper with some details that you must know. We have hot water but you need to pull the faucet handle to the right side and wait few minutes water heaters are in the room and take long to get to the shower. We provide liquid soap in dispensers because we are green hotel and we care about the environment. The soap that we provide is for body and hair.The wash cloth are in the lobby if you need some you can ask for them at front desk.Thanks and we hope you enjoy the cruise,
