the hotel is infected with bed bugs. We alerted the staff and were advised that this a sand flies and nothing to worry. The itchiness was unbearable and some of us had 20 to 30 bites all over the body

Didn’t like the location hard to get around. Uber was too expensive with the exception of the pool staff and the bell hoppers. The employees are very rude and nasty especially some supervisor named Isha over at the hotel restaurant was embarrassed for my family by her rude attitude will never stay here again. Had my daughter change her reservations to another hotel, so she Didn’t encounter the same problems me and my family did

the whole stay at this place was a nightmare. the beds have either fleas or bed bugs one or the other. my family and I all have hundreds of bug bites we got from staying there. our room didn’t get cleaned three nights out of our stay. the food is overpriced and not great. If you have a rental car, parking is not included in your stay. staff at the reception is rude. only pleasant ppl there are the bartender in the lobby and the gentleman who take your luggage to your room. the entire hotel smells like wet or moldy carpet. overall super overpriced for the quality. won’t be staying here again. pools were nice and clean, not overly crowded most days and the beach area is beautiful. pool bar doesn’t stay open late. WiFi didn’t work the entire time we were there.

It’s amazing, the staff are fun and very helpful, they make sure you feel welcomed, Fernando one of the guys out at the pool his personality was great he made our trip fun and funny 🏝️❤️ we didn’t wanna go home

Staff was amazing! Everyone, no matter their role, was so friendly and appreciative of the hotel guests. Fernando was the best ambassador Courtyard by Marriott could ask for! He brought the fun and made each person feel special as he made his rounds poolside with towels and conversation. Beach area was fairly private. Very quiet and came with lounge chairs and umbrellas. We found the staff very fluent in both English and Spanish, eliminating our communication worries. Our room was clean and beds comfortable. The biggest drawback to hotel was limited shops & restaurants right around the property without a 15 minute walk or taxi. Onsite dining was good-great pizza!

The rooms are nice and most staff pleasant, however, I found the daytime bartender a Latina woman who was in charge, to be rude and disrespectful. When I stepped to the bar for a drink, she just looked at me and didn’t ask how she could help me. When I stated I wanted two beers and would pay cash, she set the beers in front of me and left me standing with the cash in my hand while she served 4 other customers and took their payment. She could have taken the change and let me on my way but left me standing for several minutes. I found her attitude not very customer service friendly and her demeanor rude.

Good location, on nice public beach, great client service (eg, allowed late checkout, room refreshed every day, abundance of towels, etc), staff responsive. Downside - weekend crowded with wedding & casino guests; not easily walkable to any shopping or restaurants.

Jose the server was on point with everything. The staff are wonderful people who take pride in their job, & it is appreciated also refreshing. This is our go to hotel every year if not a couple of times a year for our pilgrimage back to our beautiful isla to visit familia, friends & just get away. THANK YOU!

Traveled with my best friend for a quick 3 night get away May 2024. We were hesitant to book due to the mixed reviews but gave it a try anyway and glad we did. We had a great time! The location is convenient and close to old San Juan. The grounds and pool were clean! The pool water was cold, so not heated, probably much warmer in the summer months. Seems like there are 3 to 4 rather large iguanas living on the resort, that was interesting to see by the pool each day. The rooms do need updating but were not terrible at all it looks like the bathrooms were recently updated but not the actual room. The bartenders were great especially Elvin at the pool bar, he was very kind and attentive! Drinks were great! Food options are limited onsite, we ate at 1 restaurant and had the paella which was good. Room service wasn’t good, the menu is very limited. There’s not much going on onsite, there’s no entertainment it’s more of a relaxing vibe. We enjoyed the food more so off the resort at Pinones and other local restaurants. Front desk staff needs training they did not provide detail of the $300 hold per night at check in and at checkout the staff member wasn’t able to explain the bill in English to us but we were able to speak to the manger who explained everything. Overall we had a great time and would recommend and may visit again.

The grounds are beautiful and kept really well. The pool could have been a bit more clear. The staff was so kind and accommodating. Very easy to get to Old San Juan. Puerto Rican food is best outside of the hotel. I will definitely be back.

We loved the property. Moved from a Wyndham on the east end of island due to noise. This place was an oasis. My wife and I loved it. All the employees were wonderful.

I like the location right on the beach. The hotel is a bit seasoned, However it was clean with good AC and i had a half balcony view of the beach. i liked the ability to walk the beach and alsi sit have a meal beachside.Staff were friendly accomodatibg which helps. I didnt use the casino. i ate at 2 pf the three resturants and find my food good. Pools were clean and the walking arwas and bathroom was continuosly cleaned.

The rooms were very nice and comfortable. Housekeeping was great. Front desk staff was uneven. There is a “glitch” that allows Uber to charge $65 for a 5-min drive to the airport, so beware. Some front desk were willing to help with that. Sirena is a beautiful restaurant, I just wish there were more options there or in the area. But the important stuff—the pool and beachfront area is perfect. My 3 year old was happy to spend hours in the shallow pool with the boogie board. The beach is RIGHT THERE and the water is amazing. A bit too strong to let her go in by herself, but still amazing.
