When we arrived around midnight, the apartment was FREEZING, and there was one small electric heater for the whole 3 bed apartment which we were told should not be left on during the night. "We enjoyed our time here - it was clean and felt safe, with 24hr security onsite. There is a roof terrace for all to use (although this could do with a little TLC). The front desk attendants were friendly and very helpful - they helped us a great deal with translation when trying to arrange delivery of our delayed luggage.
