"Loved the hut, enjoyed our stay. I brought a 3 course meal with me. So no need to eat out! Lovely and cosy. I would have liked a small saucepan to do porrige in morning. We managed with a big one!! I also wasnt good with lighting the gas rings. I would prefer a long lighter . And no hooks for towels when wet out of shower. In bedroom there were a few cobwebs and spiders in nooks and crannies. Whilst not scared, I felt these had been on ceiling and edges for some time. However bed very cosy....

"I have stayed here several times and this was another excellent break. Also it is very important to me that the railway and supermarket are close by as I travel by train. Rye is very historical and I learned more about the town on this visit. There is so much to see. Also the Rye Harbour nature reserve is also a big highlight."

"The Beach Hut is in a great location - really close to the beach, and a short drive from Rye and Hastings. The Hut was in great condition - very clean and the comfortable. The resort has lots to do (we had a lot of fun playing bingo!). Great for a family holiday or short break."

The courtyard was a little suntrap in the afternoons for the very rare times we actually stayed in the cottage during the day. Comfy and everything we needed - thank you again Richard for having us!"

"We had a group of 12 friends stay for a birthday and had an incredible weekend! The place was perfectly equipped for all of us and the kitchen/dining are was set up perfectly for everything we needed. We had wonderful weather so we were able to enjoy meals outdoors on the table and use the BBQ. It was also just a few minutes to the beach which we spent lots of time at! Would strongly reccomend booking this place for a weekend (or weeklong) getaway!"

Overall park was nice but not many facilities for young children (the play park could be much better) however the pool was great baby pool well heated! "Our stay at the Beach House was perfect……from the location to all the little extras and finer details to make it feel like home from home. We were a party of 9 celebrating a friends 50th birthday, but the house felt spacious with plenty of outdoor space & furniture for us all to enjoy the fabulous weather we had. The hot tub was an added bonus as were the views from the master bedroom. We’ll definitely be back!"
