"Ideal location Good communication Cleanliness questionable, wasn’t sure if apartment had been cleaned prior to arrival-two towels dumped on top of washing machine so not sure if clean or not so had to wash and dry prior to use. Bin in bathroom and kitchen were full and smelt because of used nappies in them. Sink strainer had food debris in it and the floor was dirty. Shame because it had everything that we needed for the weekend at a good price "

"This was a very comfortable and large apartment with two rooms and a kitchen/bath. There was a washer and dryer which we did not use but were happy to see. There is a shower and a tub! "We were in Riga with a total of 10 people and I can only recommend the house and Vineta as a landlady. The communication with Vineta was perfect and we have missed nothing. "I really liked this place. Despite being a studio, the room was large and the placement of things in the room was well thought out. They provided a lot of room necessities (soap, cleaning products, coffee, tea, sugar) and everything was absolutely pristine. The location is back from the street and incredibly quiet - I slept quite well here, and made my own dinners in the kitchen. Convenience and grocery stores are only a couple of blocks away."

"Staff is nice and the design/interior is lovely. Inside the room, there is an air conditioner, and other amenities. The bathroom was clean without many visible pipes. This is great since I am very particular about bathrooms. My only complaint is that the bed was quite short. It was queen size in width but not height. Many Latvians are quite tall, so if you are over six foot, you may have some trouble. The room was absolutely silent despite being in such a lively area in old town. Very nice. Overall, very clean and the mini bar was not as expensive as one would think. Would love to stay again. "
