Do not stay here!! The pictures misrepresent the property. I actually asked the desk clerk if it was safe. I also was supposed to get a non smoking room and when I told her I couldn’t sleep in it because I have asthma and it smelled of smoke her response was “they smoke in them sometime”. Crack heads on the steps. The smoke alarm kept beeping and the covers had dirt on them. The walls also had dead bugs on them. It was a nightmare. We left and went somewhere else and they still charged me a night. I have sent in a claim to try and get my money back. This was awful!!!!

Housekeeping didn't make our bed because they said a shirt was on it. When we came back, the shirt wasn't on the bed. We talked to the manager who spoke to housekeeping who accurately described the shirt. The shirt was hung up on the bathroom door hook. We didn't put it there, so they lied about the shirt being on the bed, didn't make the bed and then hung up the shirt somewhere else.

I had issues at check in I was given a room that wasn’t clean bed was made and then was given a room with roaches but all in all they put us in a suite that was good about all of the issues could have been avoided if they checked their rooms out before the customer arrived long drives and flights nobody wants to go through that but the staff was very nice

Non smoking room? Not so much.
The room was dirty, it lacked supplies, they painted the bathroom and didn't use a dropcloth, the bathtub was a horror show. The only clean thing in the bathroom was the new shower curtain. It was supposed to be a non smoking room and it definitely wasn't. I asked to be moved and the desk clerk said that I had to wait until the morning. I felt like I slept in an ashtray. The manager the next morning wanted to move me to a room upstairs, give her some credit, but by that time I had had enough and made other arrangements. I was grateful to Hotels.com because they released me from the 5 day stay and I paid for one night only.

The whole room smelled like stale smoke and you could smell weed everywhere. The tv didn’t even work, wasn’t even set up and the remote didn’t work either. The biggest thing of all was the smoke detector non stop beeping to where I couldn’t even sleep and stayed for less than 5 hours and left

Staff were great. Room was good. But I booked non-smoker, which they claimed they put me in, but it stank of cigarette smoke so badly.

Could be better.
When first entering the room, it wasn’t the cleanest. The floor looked like it has not been mopped, the room had some residual cigarette smell that left my clothes smelly after checking out. They only came by the room once during my 3 night stay to clean it and provide fresh linens. Checking was an inconvenience, had to wait an additional 5ish mins while the front desk went to the room prior to checking out and then it was another process per the front desk to get a receipt. Def could have been better a better experience overall.

I'm sorry that you had a bad experience at our hotel. I can assure you I will look into this matter. I want all guest to feel comfortable knowing the rooms here are clean and sanitized. We do full service ever 3 days on all guest rooms and stayover service daily. The rooms have to be checked prior to guest leaving in order to return your deposit, we try to do this as quickly as possible.

There was a $50 CASH deposit for the room payable before check-in. I was kind of insulted. At check-out, I had to stand in the lobby and wait as the desk clerk inspected my room for damage or missing items before I could leave. I was more than kind of insulted with this policy. I have NEVER been treated like that in any other hotel.

The room was decent, but the shower and sink drains did not drain well at all. There was standing water when taking a shower, some material on the bed made me get extremely sweaty during the night. Also, we knew there was a $50 deposit that had to be paid upon arrival but did not know it had to be paid in cash, which we didn't have on us and had to go get. Aubrey at check in was extremely nice and helpful.

Pictures were misleading. The site was very run down and even though said non-smoking the place just reeked of it. If I could've found another hotel I would have. It was awful!

Disappointing.
I don’t know what i expected, but this was not it. Never stayed with this chain before, so maybe this this just their MO. This location is basically an apartment complex. Breakfast was not as described. Police onsite during check-in. No conditioner provided, no hair dryer. Asked for cash up front to cover potential damages, but upon check out did not inspect for damage…odd. Will not come back.
