"Funcionarios atenciosos porem a estrutura deixa muito a desejar. Lugar parece sem manutencao, fiquei 4 dias e a piscina nao foi tratada, tinha pouco ou quase nenhum cloro. Escorreguei na escada da piscina que nao tem corremao e tem lodo e nao tinha gelo na pousada para por na minha perna. Nao tem nada para tomar , as geladeiras d bebidas desligadas. "First time visiting Brazil. Porto de Galinhas is beautiful and safe. The people are very friendly. Baia Branca Porto de Galinhas hotel is in a perfect location. The staff is super friendly and the breakfast is delicious. My only complaint is that we were charged for water bottles. Found that strange. Apart from that, everything was spectacular. "
