This property looks unkept, deserted, and dirty. Driving up to it was sad. Parking lot had pot holes and bumps. Windows dirty and curtains/window treatments unmatched and falling down. People answering phones were very pleasant!!! We also had to leave for family emergency too. Were going to stay and leave super early, but it looked sad and like a motel rented by the hour. I thought I sent this already but wasn't quite done. Sorry if 2.

They are in the middle of a remodel and were great about letting me know that they put me away from where they are currently working so I would not be bothered. Even though being remodeled the hotel is still very nice. I've stayed at others during remodels and they are usually a bit of a mess but not here. Staff is great and very accomodating. The breakfast room is very nice and comfortable as are the other conference rooms, workout room, and even game room. This is my favorite place to stay when in the area and have been here a few times.

Hotel seemed good and nice but they are in the middle of renovating so some areas were messy. The room I had was nice but old. Tile in shower was dirty and could tell it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Walls seemed thin and could hear people. There was a connecting door in my room which makes noise level and privacy different. I just don’t care for having that.

Hotel was below average. Location was good. Hotel needed a deep cleaning. Desk staff was more worried about being in their cell phone than helping customers. View from our room on the second floor was literally a wall with chipped paint. Breakfast was advertised to be a hot breakfast but instead of bacon or sausage they had undercooked corn beef hash. Beds and pillows were comfortable. This was more of a $80-$90 per night hotel than a $170/night hotel.

Grout Moldy in Shower
The pet room needs help. Toilet bowl was dirty. Shower grout moldy. Paint falling off near bathroom counter. Sink drains very slowly.

Hot tub was closed because of high platform. The desk service was amazing, let me use her paper for sales, drew a map for where all the stores were, shared history about Rhinelander, was really helpful. Pool and sauna was so nice . There is a game room. Lots to do. Comfortable rooms ,slept great. Would come back there .

The room i was put in had trash underneath the beds, holes drilled in the dresser, mold in the bathrooms, a dirty pool, and no hot tub.

The staff are awesome, friendly and knowledgeable. Due to construction which i understand first floor was unavailable and that was fine but then vaccuming the staircases and upstairs hallways daily would be a good idea because they were very dirty.

First of all, the 1 thing we were looking forward to utilizing was the hot tub and nowhere on the site did it say it was out of order. Then we checked in and we're talking about using the hot tub and the receptionist still didn't say anything. We didnt find out til we went to the pool area. The bathroom in our room had mildew in the tub. The tub didn't drain very well. There was hair on the wall of the tub. Then the 2nd night we were there, the light in the bathroom went out. We were told it would get fixed the next day but we were leaving the next day. The ice container had mold all over the inside. There was dust on the head board of the bed. There was gummy worms in the vent of the air conditioner. Then when we voiced our concerns at checkout, the guy at the desk had an attitude.

This stay was not so good. The check-in staff was nice, but there was mold in the bathroom ceiling. It was evident that a staff member tried to wipe some away as there were streaks. There was a decent selection for breakfast.

Nice location and staff.
Great staff!! Great hot breakfast. This was the first time I ever encountered "real" ham for breakfast at a motel/hotel...a wonderful upgrade!!! Choices of food was good. Suggest a good oatmeal as an upgrade. HOT TUB WAS CLOSED...a game changer for us shopuld we have know ahead of time.

Room was dirty Pull out couch was not cleaned. Crumbs and bunched up sheets in pull out couch. A knife tool was folded up inside the couch when we pulled it out for our toddler. There were no blankets for the pull out couch or extras in the room at all. Shower made squeaking noise entire time water was on. Shower was dirty. Windows have a sign that says "for your safety windows only open 6 inches...they fully opened. I could jump right out if I wanted. There is no elevator. hotel smelled bad and seemed really run down.

Overall pretty nice, with the exception of crappy screen on the T.V. set.Half the monitor screen was darker on one side. The breakfast was great. Service was plesant, and the staff friendly!
