I really liked the hotel. The staff at the front desk was helpful however i never had my safe working in my room yet they told me that it would be fixed. The housekeeping was constantly bringing towels that i didn't need. At 10:30 the day of my checkout i was interrupted on a conference call from a housekeeper who was asking me if i needed towels? Then she knocked again a half hour later asking me when i was i was leaving. Really BAD This hotel needs better customer service.

Great location, multiple restaurants within walking distance. Exterior of room door needed painting, otherwise room was beautiful. Prompt response from the front desk to our requests for more towels, toiler paper, etc. Overall a great stay for the price!

Had to stay the night after a flight delay. Front desk service was excellent. Had to call when we arrived, and he was promptly at the front desk. Would recommend for a non-resort stay in Turks!

This was our first trip to TCI and our stay at the renovated suites was excellent. We did read some of the reviews prior to our trip, as any traveler would, but we didn't let that stop us from going. Eboni (guest relations) was a pleasure. Pleasant smile, informative with our dining requests and always had a smile on her face. Do not let her go. Excellent for your business. Our room was very comfortable, clean and easily accessible. We enjoyed the fact that it wasn't a huge place. This allowed us to enjoy the pool area without the hassle of looking for chairs to relax in and room to swim around. The quietness was amazing, especially since it was spring break. Very little youngsters running around which was a plus. We will definitely recommend others to stay at your establishment. Great location, comfortable and not overly priced. We will definitely be staying with you guys on our next visit. * * * * *

This is my 2nd time staying here and it may not be the Ritz, but for the budget conscious, this is very descent and the location is excellent. It may not be right in front of the beach (5 min. short walk)*BEST part is that it is close to all the places to eat, ice cream, pick up location for beach activities and they give you a breakfast voucher! the staff is friendly and accomodating. So far the best!

Grace Bay Suites was a perfect place to lay your head at night and enjoy the surrounding Grace Bay Area. Staff was helpful and having breakfast options at local restaurants was wonderful! We loved The Sandbox… so quaint and beautiful. The rooms were clean and comfortable and our patio was a perfect place for happy hour after a day at the beach. The beach is an easy walk and the chairs are literally right at the end of the path as you approach the beach. We could always find a chair and umbrella. We could hear music at night from local bars but a little white noise on your phone and you can’t hear it. For the convenience of the location, this was expected. I was pleasantly surprised by Grace Bay Suites and would absolutely stay there again. It is a great value and well worth the trip to Turks and Caicos. Thank you!

Before booking our stay we looked at many reviews. I will admit I was definitely intrigued when reading the positive reviews and was skeptical about the negative reviews. Unfortunately, my stay was everything every negative review experienced and more. It’s located behind a noisy restaurant and outlet mall. Breakfast isn’t free as advertised, get ready to pay. Front desk is annoyed they are working. So we moved on to room 105. Upon entering the room we were greeted by filth. I know the owner Chris states his claim to cleanliness, I completely disagree. Our room was disgusting. Two of the three bathroom lights didn’t work, shower tiles falling apart. Not to mention Police called to the location twice in two nights. On the second night someone banging on our door at 9:50 pm. Later excused as “housekeeping”. We left and booked another hotel. Owner faults me for not telling him of our issues. Last I checked they are your issues sir, not mine. Now Won’t refund my money. No apology, no accountability. I would not recommend my worst enemy to book at The All New Grace Bay Suites. The best part is the owner Chris is going to blame me, the guest for my terrible stay in his response. Hello, I’m in a foreign country, I’m not looking to cause issues. We moved on but I’m warning others. STAY AWAY!!! This owner is feeding off his low price with false advertising. If you appreciate low quality accommodations and police presence at your hotel with a filthy dumpster next to the pool. Book it.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us. We are in the heart of Grace Bay and you only stayed at the hotel one night so you have noticed that it is not really loud. You accurately portrayed the lights not working in the bathroom and I do apologize for that. After being notified we fixed them within 15 minutes. During busy season we are completely full every single day so our room inspections don't happen as often because we are the number one value booking property. I apologize for that. The rooms was cleaned nicely. Because of a domestic dispute in the hotel the police came one night as we called them to make sure no one in the room was being harmed. We have someone always on site as guest security is the most important aspect. This has happened 3 times in the 5 years I have owned the property but no one has ever been in harms way. You had requested an additional blanket later in the evening and Phillips was attempting to deliver it to you so why you didn't answer the door late is boggling to me. Considering 45 percent of the hotel were Expedia guests they contacted a couple other guests to determine whether your claims had merit and after speaking to them they realized you were not being honest and truthful. The Grace Bay Suites provides a value vacation on a very expensive Island. We are not a high end hotel but our rooms are clean, comfortable and we truly believe in delivering a wonderful guest experience as our 8.8 rating would indicate. I had a great stay. The staff were nice, and house keeping kept us stocked with towels and wash clothes. Only dislike was there were no phone in the room so we had to go to the front desk if we needed anything, but that only happened once. Other than that they made sure we had everything we needed. I will definitely stay there again.

Location is great. Grace Bay is the best beach in Providenciales. Restaurants and shops are close to the hotel. Breakfast vouchers are very convenient, the hotel has 3 choices at a walkable distance. Rooms are ok and comfortable. Service is good. It is good for the location and convenience.

Before I booked to this place I checked the reviews and there were people complaining about a faulty smell, issues with housekeeping, and water pressure. This was in separate reviews not all in one! Well, I got all of them. The faulty smell and housekeeping were the most annoying ones. I am pretty sure the faulty smell is from the faucet water not from the drains and this makes it even worse than I thought. The last 3 days of my vacation my room never got cleaned. Yes we stayed longer in the room because my kids got sick but yet we got out too, not early in the morning we did go out later. The first day I just got some towels because she came back and we were still in the room so I didn't want her to get bothered anymore but the next day they came in the morning and I told them I will leave soon and they never came to clean the room, the last day they kept on knocking on the door and that was the time to check out. Maybe it was a misunderstanding but even the first day we came in the room wasn't clean properly. The floor was very dirty. I don't think it's worth it for the money you pay, no microwave in the room, one coffee machine that was filthy dirty inside!! Oh, by the way, the breakfast is included but get ready to pay more because all you can eat with a voucher is a pancake and you have to pay for the drinks and everything else beside a pancake. I like the girls in the reception tho, they were always nice.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us. With Provo Water doing an island wide upgrade to the water system lower than average water pressures will be a small annoyance Island wide until they are done. Cleanliness has always been our hallmark and it’s one area where focus is always placed. I’m not sure what happened with the room not being cleaned daily as no other guest has had this issue. As for the breakfast vouchers they do cover a small coffee as well as a menu item at all restaurants at a minimum. Shays while the most popular option for guests is the most stringent where as Island scoop offers a better value. We let our guests pick where they would like to go. We do thoroughly clean our coffee makers once a week. We do not have microwaves in the rooms as a stringent fire code requires a large fire extinguisher in the open and I was not happy with the asthetics. We do have next to the office. I pride myself in having floors in pristine clean condition and maybe with the lack of housekeeping daily service our hallmark of cleanliness was not reached. No other complaints were registered during your stay so I am not sure exactly what happened in this case but will explore so we don’t have further issues in the future.

The location is great. The lobby was clean y room was clean ! My only issue was the tv sound was so low watching was useless . The bathroom mirror light did not work . So basically, if you need a place to shower and sleep, great ! For it to be Turks and Caicos and the price I could of had better!

Great location in the middle of all the action (town) with easy access to all activities. We had rented a car and there was free parking. The rooms themselves were nice but could have been better equipped - there was no microwave in the room and the shower was weak.
