I stay there evertime I go to Prince Albert, this last stay my first night, i wasnt impressed! The 2nd night was better. The 2 male reception on the May 14 daytime wernt very accomodating when I shared my view of May 13th room i stayed in 115. They didnt tell manager how bad room was either! The May 14th day was a nice room, that took from 1 to 3:45 pm to get settled. A long time. Exhausting again the 2 male reception wouldnt let me take a room i booked. Their system said different then my emailed confirmation had to wait 2.5 hrs. Yip. That was not impressive! Finally 2nd night stay room was nice. The ordeal was not!

The location of Property is great. online booking was easy. Hide a bed was not made and the mattress was paper thin. Need to be replaced.

Always enjoy our stay at this hotel everyone is friendly, it’s reasonable very clean, quiet and they have a wonderful breakfast. It is close to all shopping and we always prefer to stay here rather then any other hotel in the area it is very comfortable.

Lavish at front desk made for an easy check in and able to provide answers to my questions. Doreen made a wonderful breakfast and prepared it and made it available before set time which was appreciated as we had to get back on the road ASAP.

The best part of a unplanned trip
PA hospital for about 8 hours. Needed a script filled pharmacies were closed. I picked the cheapest place. Breakfast was good & the lady running it was good to BS with. It was a unplanned trip the hotel was the best part.

Breakfast was soo good. The lady who’s assigned in the breakfast area was so helpful and friendly. Room was nice and clean, just some funny smell when we entered the room. The place was quiet . We’ll definitely come back and price is affordable with delicious breakfast . Thanks

This is a very old and tired hotel. Among our group of 9 people we had 7 rooms and not one of us had any maid service in 4 days (no garbage removal, no fresh towels). The towel rail had fallen off in one bathroom. Police had to remove some unruly people in early morning hours. One of our group who is over 70 years old was awakened at 2 AM with a prostitute who knocked on his door; she had the wrong room.
