Check-in went very smoothly when the super friendly desk staff escorted us to the parking garage and then to our clean and beautifully decorated room. The breakfast staff, especially the handsome well-mannered servers, were attentive and friendly. The buffet breakfast was lovely and filling. What more could you ask for?"

"The hotel is in the center of the tourist area so that was nice. The staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel is really a combination of many very old buildings so the layout is a little quirky, The room finishes are getting a bit old looking but the staff keeps the rooms and public areas clean and neat. Breakfast was very nice in a large dining area with plenty of options."

"Excellent apartment in a quiet residential area , 20 minutes by metro from the center, very clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by Maria.  She gave us her advices & tips about the city, supermarket,  restaurants.  When we needed to get to the pharmacy at 10 o'clock at night, without hesitation,  Maria offered her assistance.  Would definitely recommend this apartment to everybody.
