I had a wonderful dinner at LAVA for my birthday, the team upon knowing it was a special celebration were extremely attentive and caring. In particular, I would like to thank the Assistant Manager Le Cat Thuong for taking special care of us during our dinner, she took the time to explain all the dishes in detail and shared about the restaurant and hotel's history. Was a truly magical evening and a special thanks to the team for making it an incredible evening. We had the tomahawk and it was cooked to perfection. Thanks to Le Cat Thuong and the team again, wonderful attentive service, would definitely recommend this restaurant to other people and would definitely come back. Next, many appreciated to Mr. Canh Huynh, Sora & Umi Assistant Manager and Miss Maris, the services crew during the breakfast buffet time. They showed their enthusiasm and actively introduced the nearby tourist attractions. Very Impressive.

Stunning, but needs to be cleaner.
This resort is stunning, but still in it's infancy, with quite a way to go. The rooms are stunning & we had a residence room for one night & ocean view for 6 nights. Much preferred the layout of the ocean view room & tower. I have just cleaned the glass on the balcony, to be able to see the beautiful sunset. It was not clean when we got here & not been cleaned since. It took me a whole 4 minutes to clean the inside of it, as that is where the filth was. Shower glass is also never cleaned & quite grotty. For a 5 star property, house - cleaning has a long way to go. Breakfast was great, buffet dinner was extremely average for the price. Yes would recommend, but have a little way to go. In-line with what has happened in the would the last few years, i am happy to be a little forgiving, but this needs to change. Also, quite isolated, so awesome if you want to do nothing. If you want to venture out, you will need a cab every time. I sincerely hope they iron out some of these issues, as it really is a stunning property, with awesome staff.

A nice resort with high roof for sunset viewing
It is a nice resort with wonderful deck pool. The environment is tranquil and relaxing. The roof top bar for sunset viewing is nice as read and being verified when i was at the bar at evening. Personally felt the music sound at the bar is a little too loud when i was there.

Location is great. It was so crowded due to Lunar New Year season, but the staffs did quite great in the situation. There are quite many insects, and the sea is not so clean, which bothered me.

Very nice modern resort which has been open for about 2 years. The resort management did struggle during the peak period over XMAS, and due to this there was a lack of service. We also had a couple of maintenanance issues with the room such as bath leaking. There is nothing in the nearby surroundings, other than lots of construction, so you will need to go to town which is around 20 minutes by taxi at a cost of around 180000 VND. Overall a good stay, but improvements are needed from a service angle.
