Hi Krista, please accept our apologizes for the issues you had with your stay in Petawawa. We have given you a full refund and have taken steps to eliminate the risk of this happening again. We have never had an issue with any vehicles being damaged accidentally or vandalism or theft, including snow machines. We hope you will choose to stay with us again.

I’m very sorry to hear that your stay wasn’t what you expected.Unfortunately we only have 3 ground floor rooms and none were available last night. As far as the carpet goes, it appears that the previous guest had an accidental spill and time would not allow the carpet to be both cleaned and dried before your arrival. Our maintenance department has already addressed this concern. Thank you for staying and have a great Sunday!

Louis, I'm sorry to here about your stay. During Covid, volume was down and we did not leave alot of rooms at a constant 21 degrees. If you were to stay again, please let me know on arrival and I would like to discuss this with you further and offer you a gift certificate for your inconvenience.

Hi Rod, I'm sorry that your stay with us was unpleasant, and I'd be happy to address some of your concerns! Because of the small size of our hotel, having an elevator available for guests would be ideal, but simply not cost-effective. For guests with reduced mobility, the best option would be to book in advance and request a ground floor room. We at the Petawawa River Inn and Suites take pride in our cleanliness, so I do hope that you let our staff know in person about anything you noticed during your stay. I can assure you that the lightbulb and dimmer switch have been repaired since your stay.
