Staff was very friendly. Parts of hotel were being renovated but not hugely disruptive. We were only there one night on our way home from visiting family up north.

It was clean and that’s the #1 thing I look for. Old fixtures etc but freshly painted. Good service. The rooms are positioned around the pool and the noise from the pool echos in the rooms so ultimately not so quiet. Price is very reasonable

Expedia didn't mention a fee for animals or the fact that you can only rent certain rooms animals are allowed in. We are currently freezing in our $200 room because when we got here there was no heat on and nothing, literally nothing was plugged in. Now we're supposed to get in a hot tub in the freezing cold. We turned on the heater but its limited to luke warm it wont even warm our hands.

Staff were friendly, room was clean. However it wasnt worth the price. The room was very dated and needed some upkeep. The towel bar in the bathroom was broken, the toilet tank cover shifted when you used the toilet, think it was from a different unit. It was advertised as breakfast included and it did have a nice breakfast room but there was no real breakfast. Bags of bagel on the counter. Staff made a pot of coffee when I asked, no cream available. This was on a Saturday morning, I did expect more.

The service and convenience were excellent. The motel is very pet friendly with lots of safe places to walk your pet. Check in and check out was very easy and quick. Parking was spacious and right at the room. We will be coming back every time we’re in parry sound.

The room was quite clean and all amenities were working. There was just a very strong smell of chlorine from the pool next to the room which was overpowering. Breakfast was nice and standard. Staff was quite hospitable!

Needs more than a makeover
The people were very friendly and helpful but the whole place needs a major updating. Painting, fix cracks, broken light switch, clean stains, replace bathroom basin are some suggestions. The hot tub was under renovation but the pool was open.

Place was clean, good mattress, tv and internet were very good, friendly staff, nice pool and good restaurant next door.Downside doors stuck, a/c under sink, smelled musty and in need of some repairs

Room smelled terrible. Wallpaper bubbling up all over. Looks like poor repairs were done with screws holding up part of the ceiling. My daughter went to the pool and it was locked an hour early. Hot tub is not working. Continental breakfast was a joke. All above being said, staff were very pleasant and kind. If they put some work into it, they could have a decent place.

Best Value Inn has comfortable and updated rooms. The Building is dated for sure. Room was excellent and staff was great. Swimming Pool wonderful. Would stay here again.

Its location is good, just off the highway & close to amenities - Tim Hortons, No Frills, Gas station. As you enter the room, there is stale, damp smell from old run down carpets and wall papers. Bathroom had light fixture that's not covered, 2 small soap bars provided with a few small shampoo tube containers, had to ask for extra towel, beddings provided in the closet were so heavy none of us used it. Quilt on King bed was small, not enough to cover 2 adults. Beds were Old: Kind bed was sloping on the right, which led to a sleepless night and back pain the next day. Sofa Bed in the suite was slanted toward the head with feet side raised up, which led to a very difficult sleep. Pictures of the place on website are old, place does not look anything like it. Breakfast is store bought: cereal, bagel, bread & yogurt. No restaurant onsite. Overall - Needs a lot of repairs, maintenance and airing out of the damp smell from rooms. Cleanliness has been maintained by the staff working, who are polite and pleasant.
