Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Overall, this property was satisfactory for the purpose of visiting Disney. However, we were not informed prior to our arrival that the property was undergoing renovations, which resulted in some unexpected inconveniences such as exposed wires, unfinished walls, and a lack of carpeting.
Upon our arrival, we were offered breakfast for a fee of £230 for four days for our group of six (four adults and two children). However, the breakfast options were limited and consisted mainly of yogurt, coffee, and pastries. Despite informing the staff about our food allergies, the options provided were not satisfactory considering the amount we paid.
The newly renovated rooms were visually appealing and comfortable, but the early morning construction work disrupted our sleep.
Additionally, due to the renovations, the elevator was out of service, which posed challenges for one of our party members with mobility issues.
While I believe that the property will offer a more comfortable stay once the renovations are completed, our experience was not entirely positive.
