"The house was adequate however, the kitchen was dirty and ant infested. We sprayed and cleaned the kitchen and no more ants during our stay. Lots of construction near the house which was noisy and it was annoying trying to find our way around with a couple of closed roads. The exterior of the house is unkept, front and back yards were not mowed with grass and weeds 3 feet tall. Advertised pictures were much better than actual house and yard."

When I entered the property, it was clear that this was far from the "luxury" property that it was described as at the time of the booking. "I really liked the space in the house. The host was very responsive and helpful. When I asked for an additional fan, I received one promptly. The location was very convenient for us since we drove back and forth to Stanford Hospital. It was only 2 miles away. However, I felt uncomfortable to see little roaches and the floor was not clean."

"This charming home is located in a wonderful quiet neighborhood. We felt very safe and secure. We easily traveled from the house to Stanford via Lyft daily.
