Loved it! Our stay was really nice. Great access to an incredible park. Only downsides is the Wifi was poor on our floor the laundry machines were a bit dirty, drying took about 3 hours and a lot of coins! So don’t use their machines, just go to a coin in wash near by instead. Our room was nice, staff very professional.

The breakfast is excellent, with sufficient choice. The room is also comfortable. The only demerit is the cleaning service. The hotel only provides room cleaning once every 3 days, although towels and plastic bag are provided every day for changing.

Simple hotel, as most hotels in Japan, the rooms are small, but have everything you will need. Staff is extremely helpful and supportive of the guest needs. Location is also good, close to museums, train stations and good food options

Quiet area, 15/20 minute walk from the station. The desk staff spoke a bit of English surprisingly well. The bathroom is a bit of the small side but that’s the only issue. Cheap and cheerful, I would recommend.

Thank you for staying with us and for the high score.Our hotel is about 15 min. walk from Osaka Station but the nearest subway station is called Higobashi Station, which is only about 4 min. from our hotel. Next time maybe you can take the subway from Osaka station first to access to our hotel.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, lots of amenities
We really enjoyed our stay, the room had an amazing view of the river on the 9th floor. The rooms are a tad small but very comfortable. The bathrooms are quite small too so i wouldnt recommend this place if youre a big person, but for the average person this place is great.

Nice boutique hotel. Pretty good buffet breakfast. Hotel is in good condition. Nice courteous staff. Only down side is it's too far away to walk to Osaka station, and not many restaurants to choose from near by.

コンサート遠征(京セラドーム)で2回利用しました。駅からも近いし、コンビニ(セブンとファミマ)もあるし、部屋も清潔で空気清浄機もドライヤーもあるので助かってます。唯一、ライブ終わりにホテル近くまで帰ってきてしまうと、食事をするお店が近くにないのが残念。夜はコンビニご飯になることが多いです。

初めての利用でしたが安心して過ごせました。お部屋はリバービューで眺めが良かったです。ツインでスペースは広くは無いが十分な機能です。湯沸かしポットもあります。エレベーター近くにに自動販売機と電子レンジもあり、4階と8階には洗濯機と乾燥機もあります。コンビニも近く、飲食店は近隣ビルに行けば和洋中華料理があります。SDGsを意識した合理的なホテルだと思います。

ホテル全体が清潔 朝食は無難な味、食堂すごく綺麗 周りがとても静か 駅からまあまあ近い コンビニ近い 安定感あるのでオススメ。基本的に嫌な思いはしないはず。
