Thank you very much for using our hotel this time.We are sorry that you were not able to enjoy your stay even though you chose us.Unfortunately, the bed size at our hotel is a double-sized bed according to Japanese standards, but it doesn't seem to be long enough. I'm sorry. There are currently no plans to change the bed size, but this will be one of the improvements we will make in the future in consideration of the fact that we will be hosting guests from overseas. This time, you used a cost-effective single room (Japanese double bed size) for 2 people and a plan with a child sharing the bed. Next time you come to Osaka, we recommend a twin room for a relaxing stay.
