"The staff were polite & the food was good However, my room was right above the kitchen which proved to be very noisy both at night & in the morning. Constantly heard the kitchen staff crashing plates, shouting at eachother & dropping metal items. Couldn't sleep until around 11.30pm after the kitchen ..."

"The breakfast buffet is top notch. It justifies the higher prices you pay for staying right at the track. The place is spotless and the staff are great. My only real comment is that the pillows were a bit worn but I got used to them."

"Wonderful stay and very clean! Very Fun to be in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Cochem. Only caution is there are lots of cigarrette smokers in Cochem city so the smoke comes through open windows."

"We had a great stay in Birresborn! House is very clean and modern interior. Kitchen has lots of utensils and pans. Would be nice to have some tea towels etc. Overall experience was very good. Close enough to Cochem and Trier for a day trip."
