"Hotel was nice, view was beautiful, if you get the side of sado island you can see it from your room. Closest hotel to sado kisen port but outside of that, there's really nothing close by unless you walk about 10 minutes."

Things I don't like: Since it's a very popular hotel, there are a lot of people. You may have to wait in line for some services, such as washing machines and dryers.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​"

"A very comfortable stay for us on a road trip. The property is located in the mountains, about 30-45 minutes to the coastline where all the actions are. Rooms were very clean and spacious. We had rooms that overlook the ski lifts. We went during the quiet season so there was limited dining options. It is a huge property with lots of attractions and we could imagine the buzz in the peak seasons. There was no air-conditioning in the rooms during our stay but the staff brought in electric fans which did the job. A nice stay after all."

"The property is located in a very convenient location, right above the train station and shopping malls. Check-in was easy. There is no parking facility in the hotel but it offers discounts for hotel guests to park in nearby facilities. Staff was helpful. Rooms were a bit run down but generally neat and tidy. It was very good for the price. "
