Location is close to shops, restaurants and not too far from the Falls attractin area. Safe and quiet area. Good value with handy breakfast

Building and area around property was extremely clean. Rooms comfortable and clean, hot water all day long. Nice breakfast. Coffee, tea, juice 24 hrs. Best coffee. Would book again.

They only offer maid service after 4 days! We were there for 4 nights. That means the trash was not emptied or the room cleaned. If you wanted clean towels you had to go to the front desk and ask for them.

We had a great stay. Room was clean, breakfast was provided and enough options for anyone to find what they are wanting, pool was spacious and well maintained. Huge points to the 24 hour coffee and juice, what a fantastic feature.

Easy to get too. We stayed to celebrate my son’s upcoming birthday. He loved the pool, the breakfast, the comfort of the room. Definitely plan to make another trip in the future!

The place was very clean. Kids loved the pool. Beds were comfy, but the pillows were very lumpy. Bathroom door opened with difficulty and scraped the floor. Tiny bathroom and having the sink outside the door was weird. Definitely could have used better lighting, rooms were dark.

Best Western is a trusted and affordable hotel chain. We stayed there for these reasons, but it was not in a great neighborhood. Inside the building was very good, clean, friendly/helpful staff. We had a lamp with frayed (unsafe) cord and maintenance only wrapped it in electrical tape. We had a leaky coffee maker, and maintenance replaced it with another leaky coffee maker. Outside, the neighborhood was dodgy, but they can't do anything about that. We felt safe. I still recommend Best Western for an affordable hotel option.

Convenient location, close to Niagara Falls. Staff were friendly/helpful. The big indoor pool was great for the kids and not too crowded. Breakfast area was huge and the breakfast (included) was extraordinary. I highly recommend Best Western Summit Inn.

Shower is poorly designed. Water floods out of the shower area. Antiquated tv with no streaming services. WiFi was near useless. I was in the 1st floor near the lobby.

I was pleasantly pleased with how efficient check in was. The breakfast options were great as well. Highly recommend staying here as it’s 12mins drive to the Falls.

The duvet /blankets on the bed was too thin for my comfort. The sink in the bathroom was designed poorly as the faucet barely reached the sink. Every time I turned on the tap, the water would hit the lip of the sink causing a huge mess on the counter. As well, I could barely put my hands under the tap because of how close the tap was to the lip of the sink.
