The views were amazing and we had a corner view of the WTC. Nights were quiet byt safe. Not a deal breaker but the had really nice toilet paper. It's the little things and the friendly staff that said hello every time they saw us. Will recommend and will stay again.

Overall my wife and I had a very enjoyable stay bar a couple of niggles. The first was the furniture on the balcony. We were initially given cheap plastic seats which broke. We could see other balconies had perfect furniture but were initially told we could not have replacement chairs. This would have spoilt or stay so thankfully the second member of staff acted quickly which immediately had a positive effect. One quirk was that the room next door could open their window slightly and they could see us and vice versa. Only an issue on one occasion but mildly disconcerting. The other issue was the roof top bar was closed. This is a major reason we chose this hotel. More bad timing than anything else but something to bare in mind if you are booking over the summer.

Property was good especially the location. Valet was too pricey and there was no option of self parking.Staff was good except for the lady in the breakfast buffet named Grace from the Philippines, I am Filipino myself but I’m ashamed of how her attitude was to the guest. Me and my family felt that she was mean on both days we were there.
