First the staff was outstanding, very helpful with tips and recommendations, very attentive to our needs, they all seemed to genuinely care. The area was just the right distance to the French Quarter and other attractions. Thanks to the staff we found several restaurrants close by that were really satisfying. Great job! Terrible place to stay. Bed leaned heavily towards the head board. Moldy water soaked drywall in the bathroom. The whole floor leaned towards the door, i even took a video of my water bottle rolling towards the door, that's how bad it is. I told the staff on duty the n next day and she didn't care. Go somewhere else.

Lovely place if you find yourself in New Orleans. Easy check in. Clean and comfortable rooms. Nice breakfast. A few strange quirks in room: large closet but small bathroom. A single glass panel (not a sliding door) covers half the shower while the other half is exposed and spills water all over the floor.
