The breakfast is excellent and while expensive, it is worth the price. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the ambience at the hotel conveys a sense of ease and comfort."

"Newish hotel in the convenient walkable area. You can walk to Nagoya station- Shinkansen, JR, Kintetsu, Bus to Shirakawa-hi, Takayama or Kanazawa. Room is stylish and has enough electric and usb ( both A and C) outlets close to the bed. My room had a desk, fridge, water boiler, safe. Shower room had a speaker from the TV. "The hotel staff is a key for guests. One of the front staffs was excellent because she has memorized my name by meeting with me once. By calling my name politely l felt at home to stay at the hotel. The house keepers were also polite to me all the time. I want to recommend the Meitetsu Ground Hotel for the peoples who are visiting Nagoya. I would like to stay at this hotel again."

"It was very stuffy atmosphere and not a very comfortable vibe to sleep or stay in. A lot of people were coughing all night long I didn’t not feel healthy being there. It was very confined with to many people into one area."
