# nice uograded rooms, with wood laminated floors, kitchette, etc. Because i believe ..... This property is a boarder... front desk staff with hoodies on...on phone while youre waiting, the hallways are very musty, walls and hall furniture dingy, no elevator, people smoking weed and cigarettes and drinking outside. This hotel looks like it has people and families living there whether temporary or permanent, i totally understand today its cheaper to live in a hotel than it is to pay rent. I just feel like long term occupancy should be in one section of the hotel only not shattered about all the different areas. This is a very large property. They no longer offer breakfast only coffee. Recommended if youre needing a place to sleep... Not for visiting musty...

It looked like homeless people were hanging around at the side doors. There were dogs barking inside a room and a kid screaming in the room next to us. The door to our room looked like it had been broken into numerous times by crowbars. The inside safety latch was pulled out from the door frame and was completely useless. The furniture was broken and the bathtub was disgusting

Check in staff was great. Went to enter building at side door, man smoking marijuana at the entrance. The area reeked of cigarette smoke also. Room odor was not as bad. Bed was clean along with room. The air conditioner did not work, only fan portion worked on wall unit, which made for a rough night sleep. Opened the window for some circulation but noise from traffic made sleeping difficult. Little things like tissue box empty, shampoo container in shower empty. I chose this place because it had similar reviews for 40$ less. Probably would not make that choice again, needed a good night sleep while driving on a long trip.

My husband and I stayed here when we were passing through. When checking in, the attendant was unpleasant. We were given directions to the location of the room. As soon as we entered the hallway, it smelled of a rotten dumpster. The room itself smelled like an ashtray, the comforter was stained, there was holes in the walls, and the bathroom was dirty. Stay away. Just stay away.

I reserve the room weeks ago on expedia. Then at 6:00 an hour before I got there they sold my room and then tried to blame me. Saying that it was my fault for not paying up front. How about you try to call me? Horrible service!

Theres a couple things I can say about this place. This place really feels like a trap house! Roaches all around,(not to seem like an ass) but people nodding out around the unsecured entrances. No lightbulbs in most of the lamps broken outlets. The list goes on. Great parking though!

first room bathroom was Disgusting tv did not work microwave did not work. ask for more towel and blank was told jo housekeeping is off so we have none then was move to new room room smell like indian food especially when we turn heat or ac on. had to plug the fridge and microwave in refrigerator barley work and in the bathroom almost everything was rust and drain to tub was clog. night Manager when we check in was in my opinion rude and dismissing but the day time Manager try to help and the day time management the next day was kind online was told had breakfast this place had nothing the park lot had so many pot hole it was hard to drive in to without going in to a pothole
