man at front desk seemed dismissive during check in. pillows in room were uncomfortable. otherwise great room. restaraunt attached was OK, everything was sticky food was alright nothing spectacular
This is our go-to hotel when we're in the area and we literally stay here once or twice a month. We introduced ourselves to Chris & Anna - 2 of the nicest & most talented bartenders. They couldn't have been more helpful & attentive. Mark (manager) is always pleasant and greets every guest with a warm smile. I also got my favorite cosmo from our go-to bartender (Mark) so that made me happy. All in all, we just love our stays at this hotel!!

It’s a beautiful property. The rooms were great but we didn’t have any hot water for the showers. There were four of us two of us took cold showers and they never did anything about it except saying oh sorry about that. I complain to two different people told them I’d like someone to call me and I never heard from anyone.

The refrigerator did not fit in dresser cabinet. It protruded out. The bathroom sink plug assembly was broke. Almost impossible to empty. For the money, we expect better.

Hotel is adjacent to Convent Station on NJ Transit train line making it easy to get in to New York City.
Red Dog Tavern (on site) served well prepared food for reasonable price.

We stayed here while visiting Drew University. The aesthetics were very relaxing and the beds were comfortable. A member of our party needed an accessible room due to a recent injury and the front desk was very accommodating. We will definitely consider this hotel in future.

Always a great stay!! Super clean & lovely staff! Check-in was a breeze. The gentleman that helped us is often there and he's so nice. The staff at the restaurant are top notch. We enjoyed some tunes from their piano player, an appetizer from the kitchen and great drinks from the bartenders (especially Mark). I highly recommend this hotel!!

Room was clean. Beds were clean. Bathroom was nice. HVAC didn’t work. Loud with two weddings and the train honking. Parking lot is tired. Breakfast is good.

The alarm went on at dinner time and it lasted more than 1 hour. Terrible.

The room they gave us was right above a wedding going on that ended at 11pm but the music continued until 11:45. The neighboring room was part of a wedding party and extremely loud until 1am.
Would not recommend this hotel if you are here for a relaxing stay!

Everything was great, but tv did not work and tech person could not get it going although he tried everything. Other than that, great. We’ll be back (hopefully tv will be working😊)
