"My stay was wonderful. The hotel had all the amenities needed. The room was cozy and comfortable and located in a great area. No frills, but just what I needed to feel safe and comfortable during my solo trip to Japan. "

"Staff was very helpful and kind. Plenty of food options in walking distance (though I suppose “walking distance” might vary for some folks). The bakery in the lobby is delightful and there’s a convenience store down the street. It was quiet and cozy, if a little busy in the mornings down in the lobby. The park across the street is lovely and (usually) quiet and peaceful in the mornings. In short, I recommend staying here unless you want to be a bit closer to the action of Shinjuku."

"Our stay was enjoyable. The staff didn’t bother us, but if we needed assistance they were terrific. Clean, quiet, and safe. I cannot recommend enough."

"Wow, this hotel is simply amazing! I honestly thought I was at the wrong hotel because it was so beautiful. The staff was amazing and helped my family check in, the rooms were very clean, plenty of restaurants to eat and the spa was so nice. Thank you for your hospitality!"
