"This is a beautiful resort and the onsens were amazing, quiet, relaxing, rooms were lovely. The kasieki meal was superb, breakfast had 100 choices. Only complaint os coffee at night had coffee grounds in it. i recommend a two night stay so you may visit both baths. The pajama wear and takata wear were so awesome to wear all over the resort and to dinner! What fun. No racial prejudice felt at this resort. Also a great location to catch the cable car to the ropeway which is a must do! Take the romance car back to tokyo very easy! Try to see Mt Fuji at the lake ferry just breath taking!,"

"It is beautiful inside and ourside. I would think they would be an expensive hotel, but it is reasonably priced."

"A beautiful properly. We had a room with an onsen on our deck, it was supposed to have a lakeview but trees are all grown in and blocking. This place feels remote but there is a bus stop station close and the pirate ship/ cable cars. No stores or restaurants close by but we really enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffets."

"Spacious, clean rooms with an amazing bathroom. Separate tub and shower. Washlet toilet with an automatic flush in its own space. Bring your own water bottle and fill it up at the water dispenser located next to the ice machine. Located in Queens Square. Steps from the shopping center and the Minatomirai Station. Lots of shops and restaurants. The staff is excellent. One phone call and they came to pick up our luggage. Made reservations for Airport Limousine Bus at bell desk and also paid there. The only thing I don’t like about this place is how expensive the breakfast is. So, I never had beef there. Just pick up sushi, sandwiches or rice balls at Family Mart. Nearby are McDonald’s, KFC, Subway and Starbucks. Much cheaper than America. Across the street is Mark is, where they have a food court and many restaurants on the 4th floor. Also within walking distance are World Porters, Marine Walk, and Red Brick Warehouse. Just love this place!"

"The quality of the dinner that we stay on the second night was not very good but the assistant manager helped us to solve the problem right away. In the next coming, the restaurant manager do the follow up on the issue. They are so considerate. My friends and my family have a very pleasant stay in here. Thanks all the staff."
