This hotel is a wonderful location for a family weekend getaway. The pool is clean and ample in size (although not large), with jacuzzis built into the side. The room service is excellent, and there's a good Japanese restaurant literally built into the side of the hotel. I love that the rooms have quiet and effective air conditioning. The executive level snacks and breakfasts were first rate. Definitely recommend.

On our last day of staying at the hotel, money was stolen from our room. Apparently this is something common at the hotel since other Google reviews report the same incident.

Definitely Alanna in the front desk was rude and with attitude. She should received a retraining in how to manage her anger behavior issues. The hotel turned off the AC (although the hotel was completely booked) making our stay in the common areas really hot. The whole personnel in the breakfast restaurant were really amazing as well as the food that was so tasteful and delicious. Our group really enjoyed the entire experience in the restaurant during the breakfast time. Special mention to Janet, Miguel, and Joselyn for their upstanding service and their professionalism and kindness. This is 4th time that we stayed in this hotel, but unfortunately we will not come back because all the cons above mentioned.
