Hotel location was convenient to the Elvis Mansion and Graceland. Not so convenient to restaurants outside the hotel bistro. The bistro was very nice with light foods and wine and beer even though a bit expensive. Tyrone was pleasant and extremely helpful to meet us at our room and help carry baggage inside. Hotel was enclosed with card entry fencing which made us apprehensive at first but then realized how safe it was. Room was very clean and relaxing.

The rooms were very nice. But so many were smoking weed outside of their rooms. Parking lot was not well lit toward the back of property.

The bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever used. The air conditioner is motion activated, so I would wake up a couple times every night soaked in sweat because the air conditioner had shut off.

The hotel is not in a great part of town but that can't be helped. It is very close to the airport, which is very convenient. There are security gates to get into the parking lot so that made me feel much more secure. The room was very nice, the bed was comfortable. and the shower had good water pressure. Really my only problem was the food. There's a made-to-order food cafe in the lobby that was supposed to be open from 7-9am for breakfast. The worker didn't show up that day so no food for anyone. It just made it inconvenient since we then had to try to locate a place for breakfast on short notice, and McDonalds was just about it.

The Hotel Is ABSOLUTELY fine & safe
Read the reviews before going and was concerned as my 21 year old daughter was staying there with a friend for a conference. They were completely accommodating, made sure their room was closer to the front desk and explained that the crime issues are all over Memphis, assured there is a 10-foot fence around the parking lot that can only be accessed with a room key for opening and were very friendly to work with. Jason, the manager, was very helpful and gave us peace of mind. The rooms were in great condition and they had a pleasant stay.

The property did not meet Marriott standards for me. Even though it stated fully renovated. A few cosmetic issues in the room and shower was really small. The property is in a commercial area.

Flying out early this morning. Very close to airport without hearing the planes all night long. Very clean. Very comfortable beds. Great shower pressure. They have a bar and a restaurant on site. Small grocery corner for snacks and drinks
