"We loved the partial over the water bungalow. We were fascinated by the fish, turtles and sharks that were visible from the deck especially at night with a spotlight on. The salt water pool was pristine in cleanliness and guests usually remained quiet. We could snorkel from provided ladders on the property. Some fish were seen but highly recommend taking a lagoon tour. Food served in the restaurant was tasty and reasonably priced for the region. We especially want to praise the owners and their daughter for the exceptional attention and care they heaped upon us. The bungalow interior was sparce and a little outdated but clean. Mattress was very firm. An overhead fan and island breezes was plenty to keep us comfortable in the heat and humidity. We will definitely stay here again if we have the gift of returning. "

21 Days In Paradise!

"We had an amazing 21 days at the Black Pearl - Nir and Taire were incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. Nir was always available for any questions, and Taire even picked us up at the dock and took us to the rental car location. Check-in was smooth, and Nir provided us with a local phone for easy communication. The location is exceptional, offering privacy compared to other options. Renting a car from Nir is a must for exploring the island. The bungalow was clean and well-equipped, exactly as advertised. We spent most of our time swimming, snorkeling, or enjoying the stunning views from the deck. The Saturday morning outrigger canoe races passing by were a highlight. The amenities, from the comfortable bed to the thoughtful lighting, exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed grilling fresh fish and sampling various restaurants on the island. La Villa Mahana was a standout for special occasions, while Snack Matira offered a more casual experience right on one of the world's top beaches. Overall, it was the best vacation we've had. Highly recommend the Black Pearl. - Bill & Tina"

Fabulous overwater stay

"We loved everything about our stay, booking, communication and location. Our recommendation would be to add a blender. Wr would have brought one had the description not said there was one in the bungalow. Overall, hardly worth mentioning but if you plan on morning smoothies bring a blender. Wonderful placento celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary! Thanks Richard and Tiera you both were amazing to work with."
