The staff were wonderful in helping us navigate the city and finding out where to purchase various things. Very friendly and accommodating. Only drawback is the area surrounding is a bit on the rough side. They do have security at night and was pleased that the parking lot my son had to use was also checked on an hourly basis.

The staff at the reception are friendly and super helpful. The AC in the room tad noisy, thankfully it's not too cold in May, we have an option to turn it off.
