「The home is advertised on VRBO but once booked, I had to download an app called Vacasa to manage our reservation. 「Amber responded to my questions and concerns in very timely and respectful fashion! The location allowed for direct access to both the board walk and Discovery Trail! 「Check in was great. Fireplace did not work and Vacasa manager came and inspected it and we did get a small refund on this as it never worked. There were stains on the carpet, an orange slime mold in the upstairs shower. Some door handles to deck were loose and the deadbolt didn't work, downstairs door would not latch unless deadbolted from inside. There are some overall maintenance upkeep issues.
