Wonderful views of Tower Bridge and a short walk to The Tower of London. Room was a little tired and could do with modernisation. The bed was very comfortable. Hand shower leaked and squirted water all over. One of the wardrobe lights did not work.

The most positive was being next to the Tower of London, and Tower Bridge. Busses close by. Would not recommend this hotel though. It needs work and money to be spent on it. Problem with the elevators. Always full and takes a long time to get one. Our room needed someone to repair, lights, toilet role holder, taps etc. The pipes made a loud banging when the person in the room adjoining had a shower. We stayed a total of 8 days 2 at the beginning of our holiday then 6 nights at the end. We booked Premium rooms. We heard complaints from many of the guests. I could add more but must not be too negative. The owners need to upgrade the rooms.

Great staff, clean room, reasonable size, awesome view of the London Tower Bridge. Concierge can provide power adapters for free with a deposit. Easy walk to subway. Cabs always available (not a good area for driving - heavy traffic). Elevators are a challenge - too few and too slow. I suggest staying on third floor or a height taking the stairs is comfortable. Hotel Internet is free and worked well. We stayed a week and I would stay here again.

The room was nice, but it was smaller than a standard Holiday Inn Express and could use some updating - no mini-bar/fridge. Bathroom was tight but had great water pressure and largest towels I’ve seen. Very good location.

Our room was great. Fantastic view of tower bridge, we were able to arrange for early check in on arrival. That part was great. During the early morning busy periods only two elvators for the whole hotel. Two were out of service each day we were there. Waited 90 minutes for meal too arrive in restaurant four diffent tables meals were brought to us. Totally dis organized, No accountability. Outside restaurants on room svc menu are not vetted. They are essentially a skip the dishes sort of deal. So when something goes sideways with the service/restaurant that the Tower Hotel has on their in room literature there’s is no where to turn for assistance. Nice hotel, just don’t eat there.

The only glitch is that everey time we phone the Concierge or the Front Desk from our room no one would pick up the phone so we had to go downstairs but overall good hotel. Not close to the main building but it does have an incredible view. Personnel is helpful.

Great location, front desk staff was very helpful. Hotel was quiet. Elevators/ lifts were slow, long waits. We only stayed one night. There was minimal amenities in room, one small shampoo, no conditioner. No major complaints though. We slept well and room was clean.

Good location and large family room, very poor service for £274 for the night. Room was boiling hot 26 degrees and air con was broken, I reported to reception three times. First time I was told we'll get some one with you and over an hour later nothing, second time reception sounded not bothered and I was told there's no maintenance in the evening but they'll ring maintenance?!? I had no phone call back for over 40 minutes So 3rd call to reception before maintenance came and confirmed it was broken. It was 11pm before they brought a portable AC unit to the room which was small and we had to have to right by us to feel any benefit. Then we were woken at 9am by the cleaner knocking the door to see when we were leaving!! There are lots of mini bars under the hotel which were playing really loud music, but we were lucky to have a room on the far right of the hotel which was quieter. It's right by London Bridge so great views and easy access to Tower of London and surrounding area.

Very close location to the tube. The staff at the hotel truly went above and beyond during my whole stay. Rooms were clean every day and the size was perfect, hotel is very well kept and the views are amazing! Definitely recommend for solo travelers as well as couples. I will stay here every time I fly to London

The view from the hotel is beautiful !!! And the staff is great. The only problem is that you have to Uber everywhere!!! You aren’t able to walk to the main center it takes a long time to walk about an hour to the palace (for reference) the shower was super super old and hard to shower there.

Nice room. Great location. Bathtub had a high wall so my 80 years old mother was not able to step in to it because it was also slippery and she didn’t feel safe. Also would have been nice to have a coffee maker or kettle in the room. Overall, it was a a very nice place to stay and the tub was not an issue because we were only there for one night.

Corporate Management sucks. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. The room was constantly cold, one friend a problem with her room that was supposed to be a view of the tower and they told her it was a third party problem not theirs. So NO, never again.

Loved it all! The marina right by it is beautiful. The view of the Tower Bridge is fabulous. The view ofbthe Thames is wonderful. Easy walking distance to transportation. Fabulous customer service by everyone!

The view was fantastic as was access to The Tower of London, St Paul’s, The Shard & the Uber boats. The rooms, especially the room carpets, need renovations & I would love to have had a small fridge in the room for water & such. But overall, a very nice hotel in a great location with a spectacular view!

By far the view of the Tower Bridge and the water are the highlights of this hotel. The lobby area and restaurant is very nice. The rooms are quite outdated and could really use some care. Carpet was dirty in some areas and overall the room was dusty. I only stayed one night so I just dealt with it, but the hotel should really address this. The view of the Tower Bridge from my room though was remarkable and made the stay worth it.

The Tower Hotel is an excellent choice when visiting London. The views of The Tower Bridge and the Thames River are breathtaking! Most major points of interest in London (Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, etc.) are under 5 miles from the hotel. The Tower of London is next door to the hotel which is a huge positive. I feel the rooms are a bit dated, and the air conditioning system wasn't working properly. We had a pleasant and enjoyable stay!

Air conditioning did not work. Staff did give us a fan, however, we had to sleep with windows open nightly. Thankfully it was cold at night so it worked out fine. I loved the room service options. Recommend a bridge view room because it made up for any inconvenience.

This hotel is a great location with the tower bridge right outside and walkable to Tower of London and bus stops. The lobby is beautiful but the rooms seem a bit dated. Still overall a great place to say!

Initial impressions of room very good, but drawers/wardrobes worn/tired. Long hair left in one of drawers, bins not emptied when room cleaned. Food poor quality for the price. On the plus side good location and views.

The room was very hot and the hotel had no functioning a/c and the windows with very limited opening range
