From check-in to check-out, the hotel and its impeccable staff made our stay an extremely gratifying one. Everyone was attentive, without being overbearing; the room was cozy, quiet and removed and the hotel's sitting area and restaurant provided welcome respite and great food. The location, situated away from the touristy areas, was very much to our liking. With so many hotels to choose from, and the countless guest reviews to rely on (and avoid in many cases), I am happy to provide a proper, honest review of this hotel. I intend to return!

Helpful staff from front office to bell hop. Excellent breakfast, one of best I have had at hotel in London Small hotel but nice, personalized helpful service. Neighborhood of Chelsee and even small shops and restaurants next door fun hip environment. Nice hotel.

The hotel was amazing as well as the service. Two things were disappointing: no minifridge in the room and the restaurant was not so great. The service at the restaurant was disappointing as well as the breakfast selection.
