When I arrived to the hotel, I rock a shower and i realized that the bathroom have no towels, I called the front desk and tock a long time to get it, the hotel didn’t have air conditioning, I called again to see if they can check the ac in my room, but nothing happens, I had a 3 uncomfortable night because the hit, people were nice inside the hotel, but I won’t stay there anymore.

Nothing unique,staff very friendly,the bathroom showers were horrible you start right then turns very hot then cold you adjust it and it happens again .it is not as close to shopping areas as mentioned.

I had the most amazing welcome by the Hotel staff - very friendly and helpful in all requests! An amazing experi nce coming back to Lisbon and feeling home (I am imigrated). Room was super clean and comfirtable! The most easy to connect wifi! Definately will come back to this hotel and will recomend my friends! Great balance for services provided and price!

The property is reasonably maintained but dated. Looked nothing like the photos on the site. Room size was generous for Europe. Located near the Calouste Glubenkian Museum but otherwise distant from most major tourist sites. Not the most attractive part of Lisbon. Stay was adequate but nothing special.

Good value, near stations
The hotel is near Metro and train station (to Sintra), quiet area any yet near to a shopping centre and to coffee shops for breakfast - perfect location. Very happy with the night reception gentleman giving us tips of where to go when we arrived at 11pm.

Smells like cigarettes
The hotel is dated. I needed to switch rooms because of the smell. The first room smelled like someone smoked a fresh cigarette in it. I couldn't get comfortable with the smell so they switched me to a room that smelled like they tried to mask another odor with deodorant. It costs too much to smell the way it did.

Hotel 3K Barcelona, located in Lisbon, Portugal was a clean hotel we stayed in Oct-Nov 2023. We had the 3 twin bedroom that were spacious and clean. The front desk staff were nice and front desk area that had a sitting area was very visually appealing. The area location was near the city busses that can take you to the large Christ statue (talk to local people regarding what bus number to take) and about 5 minute walk to the Metro subway station that was very convenient to get around the city for our entire stay. I believe the 1st time you pay for a ticket/it's unlimited rides for 24hrs but then after it's about: 1.65 euros/1 way per person. This Metro station is able to get you to the airport and metro station for transfer lines to get you to Cascais- Portugal, [green or blue line for station to take another train for Evora-Portugal]. Also inside this Metro station it has several dining that opens about 11am but metro subway opens a lot earlier and I believe the subway closes at around 12:30am. Next to the hotel was a restaurant that closes late. Also located near taxis because of a top USA chain hotel nearby. Hotel 3K Barcelona also offers sightseeing tours that are scheduled by the front desk when informed and paid in cash ahead of time.

Decent hotel
Good hotel. Quite a long walk from central Lisbon but not far on the metro. Also very close to the airport and Entrecampos rail station, which was handy for a trip to Sintra. Facilities in the hotel were quite good, but it would have been nice to have tea/coffee-making facilities in the room. Breakfast was ok but quite expensive. Wifi worked well.

The hotel is beautiful. Everything is perfect, from front desk reception service to the comfortable beds and linens to the very upscale area.It’s situated on a dead end street so it’s very quiet. We were allowed late check out which we greatly appreciated. We would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was clean but needs updating. The floor is our room was damaged and the room smelt very stale. The staff were helpful when approached but did not go out of their way to be friendly, and did not even say hello or acknowledge you when you walked into the reception. The hotel was also very noisy, very late at night and early in the morning. The planes were really loud above the hotel and there was a lot of internal noise too, lots of banging and you could hear showers being used and toilets flushing in other rooms. The breakfast was okay, the selection was good but neither the hot food or coffee were above warm. All in all, we were quite disappointed.

The Property is actually in a very good location in terms of getting around with a car, taxi or bus which is what I used. Grocery stores, restaurants, train services are all literally 5 to 10 minutes walk as well as a laundromat. Highly recommend the hotel just for its location alone!
