Breakfast was very good. Hotel is isolated and transportation is limited. It is good for night sleep if you have next day flight connection. They provide shuttle to airport.

The property was fine for what we needed it for. We stayed 1 night and flew out the next day. However, the rooms were not very clean. Mattress and bed frame dirty, crumbs left on counter by TV. Staff were not very kind, we went to the bar to ask a question and the lady working at the bar sarcastically/very rudely corrected us for not saying “bonjour” instead of hello (which was more an accident, we had been trying to speak French there but it is not always habit) - having worked in the service industry I would never do this to someone and just don’t understand the attitude toward patrons. We chose this hotel for the pool that was shown in pictures, however the pool is not on site and is actually a public pool. I would not recommend staying here for more than a night or two. It works but it’s not anywhere near good or above average. Breakfast buffet was good. Transport to and from airport was good, however some people who booked with reception for transport to airport had issues and did not get to go at their specific time slot making them have to get a taxi from the hotel.

I booked this hotel for 3 reasons. The airport shuttle, the on-site restaurant and the pool. The pool isn’t even in the same build-you need to walk (which is fine) but be warned if you’re from a North American country, they will not accept men’s swim trunks that aren’t a speedo. This info should be advertised on the website. The on-site restaurant. After a long day of travel, we were looking forward to a meal. My wife and I sat down and 15 min went by before I went to reception to ask if they had someone working. (Hours were 1200-0000, so they were open). After finally having someone take our order it took an hour for a salad and a sandwich. The food was okay, but the service was very poor. The shuttle. The arrival of the shuttle of the airport was prompt and easy to find. However, taking the shuttle from the hotel was not prompt. We prebooked a shuttle for noon and when we went to catch our shuttle, we were informed the 1130 shuttle hadn’t left yet. We were not informed of the delay and would have made alternate arrangements if we needed to. The beds were comfortable and the glass was soundproof. We couldn’t hear a single plane. But next time I will spend the money on the Sheraton.

I was supposed to have an Executive Room in which I paid for in advance. I was given a room right above the bar area which was very noisy. Also, someone tried to enter the room while I was sleeping and the receptionist called and asked my name as if they weren't sure who they assigned the room to. The price I paid and the room did not match up.
