It's a smaller hotel, the staff is helpful, and it's in a convenient location (the mall in Planet Hollywood has a lot of eating options). The pool is fine, and there aren't a lot of chairs, so it can be challenging to find a place to sit. The restaurants seemed popular; we didn't eat in them. The coffee is ridiculously expensive as it is everywhere apparently. The rooms are basic and clean. Overall, we won't stay here again because we weren't really wowed by the experience, but it worked for us and our teens just fine for this trip.
