"We had some difficulty opening the door initially but the staff came very fast to help us with it, which we greatly appreciated. We mainly communicated to them via Whatsapp. The room is very luxurious, big and modern and clean. The amount of amenities provided is insane. They even have a dishwasher in the room! The wifi was also strong which is a win. One downside is that there is no lift. You have to climb up a flight of stairs with your luggages to reach the apartment."

"Renata was a wonderful host. She went above and beyond to make our stay an enjoyable one. Her home is lovely with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths and more than enough space for the 3 of us. "Our stay in La Spezia was perfect to stay and have for a home base to sight see in Cinque Terre by train. The station, La Spezia Centrale, was less than 10 minutes, which is very convenient. The property was well taken care of and suited our needs. There’s a tiny lift for luggage but is great so you’re not lugging your luggage up the stairs. The road to get to the property is super narrow, but we had Maserati Levante and it fit through the tunnel. Would definitely recommend!!!"

"This is a very unique and once in a lifetime place to stay. It is a 10-15 minute walk along the cliffs above the sea to reach the historic cottage. It is definitely a bit rustic, but an authentic experience. We visited the towns of Cinque Terre which were very touristy and it was a relief to return to this isolated location with amazing views. "Me and my friends are studying in Florence right, and wanted a place to stay near Portovenere. The apartment was probably the cleanest that I have have ever booked, and the owner was so nice. The bus sutuation to the beach was a little confusing but we figured it out. Overall would recommend!"

"Used this as our hub for a few days when visiting the Cibqie Terre. Overall it met our needs and was quiet at night for sleeping. The showers are very small and we had some issues but I believe these were being fixed after we mentioned to management"

"We stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment on the upper floor for 1 week. There is another apartment below that was not occupied. The laundry room is downstairs and is shared with the apartment below. The apartment is very bright and clean with high ceilings. The bed was very comfortable. The highlight for us was the large terrasse with a fantastic view of the harbor and the bay. The kitchen was well equipped and we didn't miss anything. Our car was safely parked in a garage which is a big plus....

"Fantastic apartment, has everything you need and is very spacious. The apartment is in a courtyard that has many coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. There is a grocery store literally 20 seconds out the front door. There is a large alleyway that goes all the way to the train station (15 minutes), that has every kind of store you need and has fabulous shopping."

"We traveled to Italy after both kids graduated from college as a celebration. This was our first stop. The directions on how to get to the property, where to park etc were great. We had no problems. We had everything we needed during our stay. The property was cute and clean. Highly recommend this property."

"The property is above the city of La Spezia with a wonderful view and a local bus nearby gets you to town in 15 min. The apartment is new and well equipped. The owners are very friendly and helpful in spite of not speaking English. We had easy access to Cinca Terra and other lovely cities by the water by train or ferry."

"Checking in was stressed free as Elisa our host reached out and waited for our arrival to assist us with our luggage and car parking. Room were spacious,clean and comfortable. Great place, perfect location.

"The hotel was very close to the central train station. Which is also easy access to go to Cinque Terre. Very easy to find and it’s steps away from the plaza where you walk and shop and eat or drink. The room was the deluxe so we had a big room for the two of us. It was very clean and comfortable. The mattress was a memory foam, so it was very nice. Extra pillow was available which I really like air conditioning work perfectly. The only downside is the Internet. To get a very strong signal. You’d have to be in the lobby. Other than that, everything was perfect. "
