A bit spartan but very acceptable for price. Washing facilities limited to two washer/dryer sets so waiting goes with the territory. Very convenient to subway/bus. Middle of the road restaurants abound in the adjacent area.

I thought it was a good fit for two people traveling in Kyoto for a couple of days. It was also pretty close by bus to the Kyoto station as well. Clean facilities and nice staff.

Perfect budget choice for solo travelers
I stayed here for a couple nights and it was a great experience overall, with terrific value. The location is excellent, easy to get around by bus from the hotel. The front desk staff is very courteous, even if their English skills are somewhat limited. My room was near perfect (as a solo traveler) - good AC, nice bedding, very clean. There's only a handful of Japanese channels on TV, but it's a smart device with Netflix, Youtube, etc. The wifi isn't too fast, but adequate for basic things. Other amenities include an ice machine, laundry room, and a communal microwave. My room had glasses, mugs, an electric kettle, slippers and a mini-fridge.

Clean rooms and close to convenient stores. Bus stops are close by as well. About 1km from Nishiki market and Teramachi. I really enjoyed my stay here. It was so quiet and not a very busy area. I will stay here again for sure.

It was good stay. Size of the room was good. Location is also good, closer to bus stop and train station. There is no restaurant in the hotel, so morning breakfast was a bit of problem for us.

新しく清潔感もありとても過ごしやすかったです。唯一、お風呂の排水溝のゴミがそのままにされていたのは少し残念でした。 過剰なサービスはなく、その他は申し分無かったです。
