"Somehow this place managed to be large, yet very cozy! I can't say enough good things. Shoes locked up the duration of your time indoors. Everyone walking around in PJs provided by hotel. Free late night ramen (exactly when you need it!), free ice cream, coffee, tea and hot cocoa. Massage chairs! A nice onsen, although it was always crowded in the evenings and... this is my only complaint .... people were noisy in the onsen to include yelling kids. That's more of a guest problem than a hotel problem and people need to be mindful of onsen manners. The staff was AMAZING. Nothing but friendly and extremely responsive. They helped me with luggage forwarding and was very grateful for that. I will recommend this hotel to anybody. Thank you for being so welcoming."

"This is a beautiful property in a great city for tourists. we received vouchers for welcome drinks, breakfasts, and lunches. The restaurant was quite good. There were free snacks. The hot spring was terrific. All-around exemplary. We would stay again."
